1. Definitions

4. Account Registration and Security

To use kayu16 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred password. You agree to:

• Provide only true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of your Account information by promptly updating any changes.

However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account restrictions.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

kayu16 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically range from Rp 25,000 to Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are set at Rp 100,000,000 per transaction for bank transfers and Rp 10,000,000 per transaction for e-wallets. You may set your own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in your Account settings.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly for bank transfers and e-wallets. In rare cases where technical issues or banking delays occur, deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear in your Account balance. 5.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw Funds from your Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, with daily limits of Rp 500,000,000 and monthly limits of Rp 2,000,000,000 (higher limits available for VIP members).
• First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals may be processed without additional verification unless unusual activity is detected.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your verification status, payment method, and withdrawal amount. VIP members enjoy priority processing with most withdrawals completed within 15 minutes.
• Bonus Funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

kayu16 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or if required by applicable laws or regulations.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

kayu16 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotion details. General bonus terms include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the specified criteria for each promotion. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount) before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, and contribution percentages will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributes 50-100% depending on the odds. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 7 to 30 days from bonus crediting). Failure to meet requirements within the time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Maximum Bet Limits: When playing with bonus Funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 25,000 to Rp 100,000 per bet depending on the bonus). Exceeding these limits may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawing your deposit balance before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

kayu16 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withhold or confiscate bonuses and winnings if we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of bonus terms including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other Players, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements.

7. Betting Rules and Conduct

All bets placed on kayu16 are subject to the following general rules and the specific rules of each game or sport:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered valid and binding only when it has been confirmed by our system and appears in your betting history. kayu16 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect errors in odds, technical malfunctions, or fraudulent activity.
• Results and Settlement: All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or game provider. For sports betting, results are typically confirmed within 24 hours of event conclusion. Obvious errors in odds or results will be corrected, and affected bets may be voided.
• Maximum Winnings: kayu16 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, daily winnings, or specific events. These limits will be communicated in the relevant betting market or game rules.
• Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension, bet voiding, and confiscation of Funds:

  • Colluding with other Players or engaging in any form of syndicate betting
  • Engaging in arbitrage betting or covering all outcomes of an event to guarantee profit

  • Bonus abuse or using multiple Accounts to circumvent wagering requirements
• Sports Betting Specific Rules: For bandar bola (football betting) markets, Asian handicap (voor bola) rules apply as standard in the Indonesian market. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful; if one or more selections are void, the bet continues with reduced odds. Minimum odds and maximum selections apply to mix parlay bets as specified in the sportsbook rules.
• Casino Game Rules: All casino games including slots, live dealer games, table games, and togel are governed by the rules specified by the game provider. Random Number Generators (RNG) are certified and regularly tested for fairness. Live dealer games are subject to the dealer's decision, which is final.

8. Dispute Resolution

During the investigation period, kayu16 reserves the right to suspend your Account and withhold Funds pending resolution of the dispute. If fraud or violation of these Terms is discovered, your Account may be permanently closed and Funds forfeited.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kayu16 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

kayu16 is not responsible for:

• Any errors, interruptions, or technical malfunctions affecting the Website or Services, including issues caused by internet connectivity, server downtime, or third-party service providers
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Changes in Indonesian banking regulations, payment processing delays, or fees imposed by banks or e-wallet providers
• Events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or telecommunications failures
• The accuracy, completeness, or availability of odds, results, or information provided by third-party sports data providers or game suppliers

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of kayu16 Services shall not exceed the amount of Funds deposited into your Account during the six-month period preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent risk and that kayu16 cannot guarantee profits or protect you from losses. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and for managing your gambling activity responsibly.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

kayu16 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes
• Abusive behavior toward kayu16 staff or other Players
• Opening multiple Accounts or allowing third parties to use your Account
• Prolonged inactivity (Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be considered dormant and subject to administrative fees)
• Self-exclusion or request for permanent Account closure

Upon Account termination, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and your remaining balance (minus any outstanding fees, bonuses subject to wagering requirements, or amounts under dispute) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. kayu16 reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative fees for processing Account closures.

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. For responsible gaming purposes, you may also request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
